Life Balance: We don’t believe in Work/Life ba­lance. We believe in living a balanced life, in which work is only one of the components. Even by working in digital advertising, work isn't linear, and office hours are an arbitrary timeframe that means nothing to us. We focus on making our clients and ourselves happy while defining our terms for that.


Equipment: For technical equipment, we work with Apple products ex­clu­sively. Not only does it reduce hard­ware friction, but it also offers the best-operating condi­tions for our remote team. For office equipment, we've partnered with "Alvero Büromöbelvermietung" to ensure each team member gets to work as comfortably as they wish.


Salary & Incentives: We believe that the best employees are well-paid and mentally and physically healthy. We try to sup­ply as many conditions as possible to facilitate that:
